Venezuelans Camp On The Street For A Fourth General Blackout

Venezuelans sleep outside their homes due to the fourth mega blackout that left 23 states of the country without power this Monday, July 22 at 5 p.m. In Maracaibo and the municipality of San Francisco in Venezuela, they have been without electricity for more than 40 hours, since until today, Wednesday, the 24th, the electrical fluid in some areas has not been fully restored. Forcing its residents to improvise bedrooms on the porches and fronts of the houses, tents, mattresses, sheets and even hammocks are used to spend the night outside their homes and rest for a few hours.
