His second street installation in Toulouse depicts a man in white who fishes a dead man in the depths of the Pierre Goudouli fountain on the Wilson Square. The US artist, Mark Jenkins, wellknown for his street art or street installations in different towns in the world, came to Toulouse for the 'Rose Béton' street art festival.
