The 2019 edition winner, Francois Lelaizant of St Pierre en Auge, in action during the Fastest Eater of Livarot Cheese competition, during the 32nd Cheese Fair in Livarot. Francois swallowed a livarot of 450 grams then another of 250 grams in 3 minutes and 40 seconds, just 20 seconds from his personal best. It was for him the third win in four years.
