About 900 anti-globalization activists participated this Sunday, August 25, 2019 in Bayonne in the large march of portraits organized by the NGO NVA COP21 as part of the counter-summit of the G7 which is being held at the same time in Biarritz. Activists marched through the streets of Le Petit-Bayonne with official portraits of Emmanuel Macron stolen from town halls in recent months mixed with fake portraits.
