Daily Life In Kaliningrad
The House of Soviets is seen in Kaliningrad, Russia on 7th, September 2019. Never ended building is one on the worst examples of post-war Soviet architecture. Construction started in 1970 and stopped in 1985, with only 21 floors of 28 planned built. In 205 in occasion of Vladimir Putin visit, houndreds of windows where instaled, and building was painted with blue paint. (Photo by Michal Fludra/NurPhoto)
