Daily Life In Kaliningrad

The House of Soviets is seen in Kaliningrad, Russia on 7th, September 2019. Never ended building is one on the worst examples of post-war Soviet architecture. Construction started in 1970 and stopped in 1985, with only 21 floors of 28 planned built.
