Trial Of 8 Environmental Activists Who Dropped Out Of Presidential Portraits

Cécile Marchand, member of the Friends of the Earth and ANV-COP21 movements and Marion Esnault, freelance photographer and activist of the ALternatiba and ANV-COP21 movements, and another activist leave the courtroom of the Paris court during the trial of the eight (8) activists of the ANV-COP21 movement (Non Violent Action - COP21) tried on Wednesday, September 11 at the Paris Court of First Instance (TGI) for having participated in actions to remove Emmanuel Macron's presidential portrait from Paris district town halls last February to denounce the French government's climate inaction as part of the "Décrochons Macron" campaign.
