Thousands of Indian Catholics embark on the pilgrimage and walk to the Annai Velankanni Church (Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health) in Velankanni, Tamil Nadu, India to celebrate the 11-day annual feast of Our Lady of Health, popularly called 'Annai Velankanni Matha' and the 'Lourdes of the East'.
