Women protest against gang rape of an elderly nun in Kolkata, India

A nun in her 70's was gang raped while trying to prevent robbers from ransacking and stealing at a school at Ranaghat, 70 kilometres (45 miles) from Kolkata on 14th March, 2015. Police are yet to make any significant progress into the case and no arrests has been made so far. Women took to the streets today, on March 18, 2015 to protest against the barbaric incident and criticizing the state government for not being able to take necessary steps to arrest the culprits in Kolkata, India.
