Extinction Rebellion Planned Protests In Amsterdam

For 2 weeks, Extinction Rebellion and allied movements will gather in major cities across the globe and continue to rebel against the world's governments for their criminal inaction on the Climate and Ecological Crisis on 7 October 2019 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. XR climate activists in Amsterdam are going to organize a large-scale blockade lasting several days on the Museumbrug, in front of the Rijksmuseum. From early in the morning, hundreds of XR activists showed on the bridge, where there was a visible police presence.
