Extinction Rebellion Climate Protestors Shut Down NYC's Times Square
On Thursday, October 10, activists with Extinction Rebellion New York City coordinated a die-in in front of Fox News to call attention to misinformation spread by the broadcast news company surrounding the climate crisis. This action comes as Global Extinction Rebellion protests have erupted worldwide using nonviolent direct action and peaceful civil disobedience to disrupt business-as-usual to urge governments and media to act to save the climate.
