Solidarity With Kurds People In Paris

Former French Communist Party (PCF) national secretary Pierre Laurent (C) and PCF national secretary Fabien Roussel (CR), take part on October 12, 2019 in Paris in a demonstration in support of the Kurds and against the Turkish offensive in Syria. On October 9, 2019, the Turkish military began its assault against Kurdish-held territory in northern Syria , pummeling with artillery and airstrikes. Kurds are rapidly evacuating the region and at least 24 people have been killed in northern Syria.
