Two Sculptures Competing For Highest Price Works Of Art Sold In Warsaw

The "Dancer with finger on her chin" sculpture by the late Antonio Canova is seen at the Desa Unicum gallery in Warsaw, Poland on October 21, 2019. The marble sculpture is one of two pieces being auctioned by the gallery to compete for most expensive work of art ever to be sold in Poland. The Dancer is currently valued at around 8 million Polish zloty although other works by Canova have recently been sold for more than three times that amount at auctions in London.
