FTP Emergency Action Against NYPD And MTA

On Friday, November 1, 2019 thousands of New Yorkers flooded a public transit station following the violent arrest of 19-year-old Adrian Napier at the Franklin Avenue train stop. This comes after NYPD officers repeatedly punched multiple teens in the face and forced them to the ground at Jay Street-MetroTech, as well as after several recent civilian deaths in the Bronx at the hands of police. Protesters started at the Barclays Center and stormed the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street station, jumping the turnstiles (Photo by Karla Ann Cote/NurPhoto)
