Life of a Glass Factory Workers

It's a glass factory situated at Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 1st April 2015.The workers there work 12hours a day and only gets about 122U.S.D per month.The working environment is also not very good.They have to suffer from extreme heat all the time because of the furnace where they melt the sand is extremely hot.They say it is totally unbearable at the time of summer season,last year when the temperature rose upto 41°C they had to take frequent baths at that time to stay comfortable from the extreme heat.
