Fifth Demonstration Against Pension Reform In Paris

A procession of striking SNCF and RATP railway workers led the demonstration from where they chanted slogans using megaphones and burned red smoke. On Thursday 19 December 2019, the fifteenth day of the strike and at the call of the CGT, FO, SUD, FSU unions and student organisations, a few thousand people took part in a new demonstration against the pension reform project between the Gare de Lyon and the Gare de l'Est.
