For the first time since the conflct the panamanian goverment declares a national day of mourning for the 30 yaer aniversary of the United States invasion of Panama in december 20 of 1989 to capture general Manuel Antonio Noriega ruler of the country acussed of drugs traficking to face trial in Miami.
