Homeless Asylum Seekers Charged

Asylum seekers who have been refused permits to stay in The Netherlands protested for the second day in a row in the Dutch capital on April 17, 2015. Around 50 African refugees who previously lived in an abandoned garage in Amsterdam have relocated themselves to an unused office building. The owner of the building has pressed charges. On April 17, 2015 the same group was denied the opportunity to protest in front of parliament. Youssou (L) awaits the departure of his bus back to Amsterdam. A private bus has been hired to transport a group of 50 asylum seekers who have been refused permits and who have been removed from their place of residence, an old, abandoned garage.
