Protests In Chile
Maüll Dome. Sculptures carved by the artists of the Pillan Mamüll Workshop in recycled noble woods installed in the Plaza de la Dignidad, in the center of Santiago de Chile, and represent the Original Peoples from north to south of the country, thus taking a petroglyph from the semi-arid north which symbolizes a shaman, a Maüll Dome that in this case identifies the Mapuche feminine essence, and a Selk'nam spirit of Tierra del Fuego. Demonstrations in the so-called dignity square. There were clashes between protesters and the riot pólice in Santiago, Chile on 23 January 2020. (Photo by Fernando Lavoz/NurPhoto)
