a few hundred yellow vest and protesters rally at Palais royal place in Paris,for a protest unauthorized by the prefet, the demonstration couldn't go anywhere cause of that, and the police by a high number prevent the protesters to leave the place.after a while a second yellow vest 's call to rally somewhere else near "école militaire".but the police came and give ticket of 135 euros to the people trying to protest.
