Thaipusam Festival In Malaysia
Hindu devotees carry pots of milk on their heads prior to walking up to the Batu Caves Temple during the festival of Thaipusam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on February 07, 2020. Thaipusam is a Hindu festival celebrated mostly by the Tamil community. Devotees will pray and make vows when the prayers are answered and they fulfill the vows by piercing parts of their body such as their cheeks, tongues, and backs before carrying a 'Kavadi' or milk pots on about four kilometre journey of faith. The festival will be held until February 09. (Photo by Chris Jung/NurPhoto)
