Artist Endeng Mursalin plays "crazy person" when performing art on one of the roads in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on February 10, 2020. Performing art with the theme "Brain Tired" is an expression of his disappointment at the chaotic post-disaster handling which according to him is not in line with expectations the victims. Until now there are still many victims of the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction on 28 September 2018 who did not get their rights in accordance with state regulations.
