100 Years The Garbatella District In Rome
a view of the old public toilets of Garbatella , now become Moby Dick - cultural hub , the Garbatella district is preparing to celebrate a century, so much has passed since February 18, 1920 when the then King of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II, laid the first of the Garbatella: twenty-six hectares inspired by the English garden-city. The structure was defined by architects including Innocenzo Sabatini and Gustavo Giovannoni, inspired by the 17th century with a style called Roman baroque. On February 17, 2020 in Rome, Italy.
