Maha Shivaratri Festival Takes Place In Kathmandu
Hindu holy man (sadhu) smokes marijuana using a "chillum" (a traditional clay pipe) as an offering to the god Shiva at the Pashupatinath temple complex, one of the holiest shrines of the Hindus as well as UNESCO Heritage Site, on the day of Maha Shivaratri Festival on 21 February, 2020 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
