A protester holds a cardboard reading 'What's 49.3 ? A legal dictatorship'. Several thousands protesters took to the streets in Toulouse for a demonstration called by CGT, FO, SUD trade unions. They protested against the use of article 49.3 of the French Constitution by PM Edouard Philippe. This article bypass the National Assembly and the law is considered as adopted.
