Annual Chiditorod Event In Chicago

People take part at annual Chiditorod event in Chicago, US, on March 7, 2020. For the past 15 years, Chiditarod has run its race through the streets of Chicago parodying the famous Alaskan Iditarod dog sled race. Each team creates a theme and decorates a shopping cart, and dress accordingly. The shopping cart is the sled, and the teammates act as the sled dogs. They race throughout the city of Chicago, hitting check points along the way, before getting to the finish line at city hall. The race raises money, awareness, and non perishable goods for food banks around Chicago. (Photo by Jim Vondruska/NurPhoto)
