A closed and empty restaurant' terrace on the Capitole square. On the most touristic square of Toulouse, the Capitole, all restaurants and cafes were closed as annouced by PM Philippe due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He also announced the closing down of all 'non essential' services since Sunday March 15 00h00 .As the Covid-19 coronavirus spreads across France, French President Macron announced the closing down of all schools, highchools, universities to try to contain the spread of the coronavirus on March 12th .
