Coronavirus Emergency In Colombia
Buses by a Transmilenio station by the Autopista Norte and Calle 145 in Bogotá, Colombia on Friday March 20, 2020. The bus sign reads “Lavate los manos” meaning “Wash your hands.” The city of 7 and a half million inhabitants turned into a ghost town due to the Corona Virus outbreak quarantine. This is normally the busiest and most important road connecting the north and the south of the city, but is now mainly occupied by taxi’s and public transport as private vehicles are prohibited throughout the city.
