Covid19 Emergency In Central Sulawesi
A Hindu performs his own praying ritual at Pura Agung Jagatnatha Wana Kertha, Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on March 24, 2020. Following the government's suggestion, the local Hindu Society abolished joint worship rituals to welcome Silanece Day to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, unless it was done alone- alone and not in groups. Since the outbreak of the coronavirus in Indonesian territory, the government has implemented social distancing, physical distancing, and closed public places, prohibiting meetings including holding worship together and encouraging residents to stay at home. Until March 24, 2020, the number of people who tested positive for COVID-19 in Indonesia reached 579 people, 30 people were cured, and 49 people died. (Photo by Basri Marzuki/NurPhoto)
