Food Availability Guarantee During COVID-19 Outbreaks
Farm laborers separate peanuts from their stems after they are harvested in Porame Village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on March 30, 2020. The Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture continues to boost agricultural production amid the COVID-19 outbreak especially food crops to ensure food access for the community who are currently restricted from going out and working at home. The Government of Indonesia does not implement a centralized lockdown policy to minimize the spread of coronavirus, but leaves the responsibility to each Regional Head to determine his own policy in accordance with the conditions of each region. However, social and physical distribution policies have been implemented throughout the region. (Photo by Basri Marzuki/NurPhoto)
