Release Of Prisoners To Prevent COVID-19 In Indonesia
Prisoners eligible for release walked out through the iron door at the Maesa Detention Center, Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on April 2, 2020. The Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights releases 30,000 adult and child prisoners in all Indonesian prisons faster than their sentences with the assimilation and integration process at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
