Chain Crash Of 60 International Truck Convoy In Bulgaria
The remains of 22 heavy trucks that were part of a chain crash yesterday were transported to a parking lot near Harmanli, Bulgaria on April 04, 2020. Two person were killed and many were injured in a chain crash of more than 60 heavy goods vehicles near the Bulgarian-Turkish border on a highway near the town of Harmanli on April 03, 2020. The trucks were part of a Government convoy lead by a police car. This is the method introduced by the Bulgarian Government for crossing borders in a state of emergency because of the new coronavirus. According to initial data, the cause of the severe crash is thick fog.
