Construction And Publc Works On A Standstill
An airbus Beluga flies above a crane on a deserted construction site in Toulouse, France, on April 9th 2020. The construction sector and the aviation sector are two sectors in crisis due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Since the beginning of the confinement in France on March 16th, construction and public works halt to a grind. In a new quarter of Toulouse, the Cartoucherie eco-quarter, construction came to a standstill. No workers to be seen there and buildings stay as they were on March 16th. The construction and Public Works sector still haven't find a way to circumvent the propagation of the virus and thus the protection of workers on work sites. In France, to date, the SARS-COV-2 virus has killed more than 10000 people and more than 80000 globally. Toulouse. France. April 9th 2020. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
