Krakow Pays Homage To Krzysztof Penderecki

Krzysztof Penderecki died on Sunday, March 29, 2020, after a long and serious illness. He was 86 years old. The urn with Penderecki's ashes was temporarly placed in the crypt of Saint Florian's basilica. After the epidemic, a state funeral ceremony will take place, and the urn will be moved to the crypt of the National Pantheon in the Church of Saints Peter and Paul.
