Coronavirus Emergency In Lisbon

A woman walks near a theater where a poster was placed saying: everything will be all right in Lisbon, Portugal, on 18 April 2020. Portugal is considering making the use of protective masks mandatory on public transport and imposing restrictions on beaches during the summer months as part of a plan to lift the COVID-19 containment. Portugal declared a state of emergency to stop the spread of the coronavirus on March 18 and on Thursday extended it until May 2. Until then, most non-essential businesses and shops will remain closed, and restrictions on mobility and meetings will remain in place. (Photo by Jorge Mantilla/NurPhoto)
