Polish Government Faces Increasing Opposition Over Upcoming Presidential Elections
A mail box is seen at the entrance of the St. Stanislau Kostka church, the church of Poland's de facto leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski in Warsaw, Poland on April 27, 2020. The Polish government is facing an increasing push-back from it's opposition and local authorities in it's attempt to organize presidential elections during an epidemic. The ruling Law and Justice party has pushed through changes in legislation to go ahead with a postal vote despite health concerns and logistical complications. Starting May 4 the playgrounds will re-open as the goverment slowly eases restrictions on public life. (Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto)
