72nd Israel Independence Day In Toronto, Canada

Small group of Canadian Jews took part in a vehicle parade to celebrate Israel's 72nd Independence Day in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on April 29, 2020. Israeli Independence Day commemorates of the declaration of independence in 1948. This celebration normally draws thousands of Canadian Jews but this year the parade only consisted of a few vehicles as families watched from the front of their homes and practiced social distancing due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
