A police officer spoke on his cellphone after giving understanding and appeal to the caretaker of a mosque to temporarily not perform congregational prayers during Ramadan in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on April 30, 2020. Appeal based on a letter from the Ministry of Religion, Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the Central Sulawesi Governor Instruction. it is to prevent the spread of coronaviruses that are increasingly massive in the region. Until now, residents who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19 have reached 10,118 with 792 fatalities and 1,552 people recovered.
