Syndacalist Union Protest In Warsaw, Poland
Demonstrators hold a banner that reads 1984 (Ninetteen eighty-four, dystopian novel by English novelist George Orwell) it's not the user manual in Warsaw, Poland on May 29, 2020. People took part in a rally in front of the Polish parliament against the lack of support from the government of workers, mainly on commission contracts (so called junk contracts in Poland), after thousands of workers lost their job due to the covid-19 crisis. In addition they want to shed a light on the governments attempt to change many aspects of labour law, allowing bosses to cut salaries, change working conditions, force overtime and vacation leaves.
