Independence Day In Manila

Last year, June 12, 2019 in Rizal Park, Manila, a large number of crowd celebrated the Philippines Independence Day. Today, the Malacanang Palace announced that President Rodrigo Duterte will skip the rites in Rizal Park because he may attract a massive influx of crowd. The President assigned Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea for the event.
