Bikers and cyclists block Paulista avenue, in the central region of the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil on July 1, 2020. Application handlers are making a national stoppage today. The goal is to stop delivery and delivery services in the country against job insecurity. The list of claims ranges from the definition of a minimum fixed rate of delivery per kilometer traveled to an increase in the amounts passed on to deliverers for services performed. The category also charges companies with a living allowance for the purchase of protective equipment against covid-19, such as masks and gloves. The companies say they are supplying the equipment.
