New Protest Against The Jobs Cut In Airbus Company
Jean-Luc Melenchon speaks to the press in Toulouse, France on July 9th 2020. Civil aircraft manufacturing company Airbus has announced that it will cut 15 000 jobs across the world including 5.000 in France. For Toulouse only, Airbus announced more than 3.300 jobs cut even if the French state will help Airbus with a loan of EUR7billions. The CGT and UNSA trade unions called for a demonstration near the Toulouse-Blagnac airport. Subcontractors fear they will bear the brunt of this jobs cut. Leader of Left wing party LFI, Jean-Luc Melenchon came and gave interviews before the beginning of the march. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
