Flash Floods In Central Sulawesi

Residents crossed near the ruins of a house destroyed by a flash flood in the village of Oloboju, Sigi Regency, about 20 kilometers from the city of Palu, the capital of Central Sulawesi province, Indonesia on July 11, 2020. Flash floods that occurred on July 10, 2020, night due to heavy rains carrying mud and wood materials. Flash floods that often occur in the area swept the homes of residents and washed away goats and cattle and destroyed hundreds of hectares of agricultural land owned by residents. This flash flood is the umpteenth time it has happened in the district.
