Leaflets left at Moko mall warn against the mass testing for Covid-19 by the government and post-its call to protest in Kowloon on 6 September (date where the Legco elections were supposed to take place). Online calls on telegram channels did call for protests in Moko mall to commemorate what protesters call the "8.31 attacks" during which riot police carried out a violent intervention within the Prince Edward MTR station on 31 August 2019.
