A Nepalese devotee throwing back a tear gas canister towards police forces during during a clash ensued between police and locals at Pulchok as the latter started Machhindranath Jatra by pulling the chariot defying prohibitory orders in Lalitpur, Nepal September 3, 2020. according to Senior Superintendent Tek Prasad Rai, chief of Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Range, around 800 people had gathered in Pulchowk to pull the chariot.
