Adult tapir and cub cannot stand the heat, lack of water, food and smoke and die on the edge of a burnt forest area in the Pantanal The brazilian Pantanal - one of the largest tropical floodplains in the world - is suffering since the end of July with the worst wildfires in its registered history.
