Hydrometeorological Disaster In Central Sulawesi

A resident clears a mud puddle inside his house in Pandere Village, Gumbasa District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on September 14, 2020. Four houses in the village were damaged and a number of other houses were flooded with mud after heavy rains caused the river to overflow. mud and inundated residents' homes on Sunday (13/9/2020) evening. Sigi Regency is an area that is very vulnerable to hydrometeorological disasters because it consists of many rivers and mountain slopes as well as high rainfall every year.
