Coronavirus Emergency In Rohingya Camp
The coronavirus pandemic has pushed the Rohingya refugees into an even more vulnerable situation. The Rohingya community face the challenge of living in overcrowded and flimsy shelters with up to ten or more people in one room. They also use communal latrines and water facilities and space is limited, where they receive food distributions. Preventing the spread of COVID-19 in Rohingya camps is a great challenge. The Rohingya people started arriving in Bangladesh from Myanmar in 2017 and currently, Rohingya people are living in temporary shelters in Cox's Bazar camps, Bangladesh, on September 15, 2020.
