St. Francis Of Assisi And Celebrating Animals In Guatemala
Parishioners take their pets for a blessing on St. Francis of Assisi Day, on October 4, 2020,at St. Julian's Parish in the northern part of Guatemala's capital city. Pastor Luis Alberto Martinez proceeded to sprinkle holy water on the little animals that were waiting with their families. The opening of churches and religious temples by the government since October 1st for the activation of the economy with the health protocols.
