Partial lockdown and daily life in Eindhoven city in the Netherlands with people wearing facemask as they are outside walking or on the bicycle as a protective measure against the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic outbreak. On Tuesday 13 October 2020 the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced that the Netherlands must return to a partial lockdown, closing the bars, cafes and restaurants, mandatory use of face mask indoors, limitation to the number of people gather indoors, sports activities and more are also affected for four weeks.
