Cempasuchil Flower Pulque
Pulque is a fermented alcoholic beverage par excellence from Mexico, whose origin is pre-Hispanic and is made from the fermentation of mucilage and the maguey stalk. Every year and on the eve of the Day of the Dead, Agave 69, a small place south of Mexico City that offers this drink, makes the typical marigold flower cured, known for being "the flower of the dead" and being a symbol of offering in Mexican culture. This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they implemented the necessary hygienic measures so that pulque lovers can taste it. On October 21, 2020 in Mexico City, Mexico.
